Responsibilities of the Security Officer – Revenue Quebec

• Conduct surveillance patrols inside and outside the building
• Control access and verify entry authorizations
• Ensure security during conventions, exhibitions, conferences, and special events
• Monitor security systems (cameras, alarms, and access control)
• Intervene in incidents, emergencies, or suspicious behaviors
• Implement evacuation procedures in case of fire or emergency
• Write detailed reports on events, incidents, and interventions
• Welcome, guide, and support visitors and clients
• Collaborate with emergency services when necessary

Qualifications of the Security Officer – Revenue Quebec

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid BSP permit holder
• First Aid Certificate (an asset)
• Available to work on a 24/7 schedule
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good observation skills, professionalism, and ability to react quickly
• Comfortable with using computer tools and writing reports
