Main Responsibilities

• Meat Cutting — Cut and prepare meat pieces according to standards
• Customer Service — Advise customers on products, cooking methods, and preparation techniques
• Stock Management — Ensure product rotation, packaging, and labeling
• Hygiene and Sanitation — Maintain a clean and MAPAQ-compliant work environment
• Transformation — Prepare homemade products (marinades, sausages, kebabs, etc.)

Required Skills

• Mastery of butchery techniques and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to lift weights and work standing or in a refrigerated environment
• Sense of service and communication
• Meticulousness, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Reliability and punctuality

Requirements

• Diploma or training in butchery (an asset)
• 1 year of experience in butchery or food processing (desired)
