Location: Shawinigan
Hours: Full-time permanent position of 35 hours per week, as needed, distributed from Monday to
Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and
Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Your Role
As a Receivables Management Agent – Banking Products, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts with payment delays or credit limit exceedances.
Your mission will be to guide clients in finding solutions tailored to their financial situation while protecting our client's interests through a professional, human, and respectful approach.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to follow up on accounts in arrears or those exceeding their credit limit.
- Negotiate payment agreements tailored to each client's financial situation.
- Analyze files and implement preventive actions to limit losses and reduce financial risks.
- Prioritize and ensure rigorous follow-up of files under your responsibility.
- Update information in various computer systems while respecting confidentiality norms.
- Answer client calls, provide clear explanations, and offer quality support.
- Identify and report any situation that may suggest fraud or insolvency.
- The Profile We Are Looking For
Beyond your experience, we are looking for a person who wishes to invest long-term and contribute to the success of our team.
You possess:
- A DEC in a relevant field.
- Two to three years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing, to serve a bilingual clientele.
- Good mastery of Microsoft Office suite and comfort with computer tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
- Be able to commute daily to Shawinigan (QC G9N 1G2) or plan to move before starting the position.
- Mastery of French and English.
- Start Date: August 10, 2026
