About the Position

As an Assistant to the Director, you will be the right-hand person of the CEO. You will actively participate in the coordination of strategic projects, the follow-up of development files, and the organization of the company's activities.
You will work closely with the management and various partners to ensure the advancement of projects, the respect of deadlines, and the smooth running of operations.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in managing his priorities and following up on strategic files.
- Coordinate several projects simultaneously, ensuring the respect of deadlines and objectives.
- Follow up on development projects (franchises, new branches, new partnerships, and other strategic initiatives).
- Participate in the follow-up of negotiations with insurance companies, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on contracts, renewals, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in the projects and ensure the advancement of actions.
- Produce and update dashboards, follow-up reports, and indicators for management.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, write minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Collaborate with the various departments to ensure smooth communication and excellent coordination of operations.
- Identify priorities, anticipate the needs of the management, and propose improvements to processes.
- Contribute to the various growth projects of the company and participate in their implementation.
- The Desired Profile
- Degree in administration, business management, project management, or a related field.
- Graduates and graduate students are welcome.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
- Ability to manage several projects and files simultaneously.
- Sense of initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good mastery of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Ease of learning quickly and adapting to a constantly evolving environment.
- Experience in an internship, student job, or school project in coordination, administration, or management is an asset, but not mandatory.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
