About Our Client
The Finance and Administration Manager orchestrates the financial and administrative performance of an organization by aligning operational rigor, strategic vision, and sustainable value creation.
As a key partner to the executive team, you will influence critical decisions through a keen understanding of financial dynamics, while structuring high-performance, agile, and results-oriented environments.
Recognized for your leadership, judgment, and ability to transform complexity into growth levers, you will act as a catalyst for organizational performance and sustainability.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the heart of the organization's administrative and financial operations.
You will actively contribute to overall performance by driving financial, administrative, human resources, and information activities, while supporting strategic decision-making.
Financial Leadership
- Drive financial planning and the complete budgeting cycle;
- Develop and track operational and capital budgets;
- Produce and analyze monthly and annual financial statements and future projections;
- Implement rigorous and high-performance financial practices;
- Manage and renew insurance coverage.
Business Partner
- Advise the executive team on financial and administrative orientations;
- Develop and recommend efficient policies and processes;
- Participate in executive committee and board meetings.
Administrative Management
- Supervise procurement and tendering processes;
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners;
- Develop and recommend job descriptions and negotiate collective agreements;
- Ensure compliance and reporting to government bodies.
Technology
- Contribute to the optimization of information systems;
- Participate in the management of infrastructure (building, security, operations);
- Ensure the efficiency and sustainability of organizational resources.
- Required Experience and Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or administration;
- Professional designation (CA, CPA) is a plus;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial, administrative, and infrastructure management;
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Excellent French language skills.

Pay: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
