The Manuvie Individual Life Insurance Unit is a key provider of placement and insurance solutions that meet the diverse financial needs of Canadian families. In collaboration with independent financial advisors across the country, we offer innovative solutions in wealth management and financial protection, including separate accounts, mutual funds, annuities, guaranteed interest accounts, individual life insurance products, and one of the most comprehensive living benefit product portfolios in the industry, which includes serious illness insurance, long-term care insurance, and disability insurance.
The Individual Life Insurance Department at Manuvie currently has an open position for a Case Manager, Advanced Markets. The successful candidate will primarily provide proactive support to our large groups, national accounts, and independent advisors. They will also serve as an intermediary with internal services to ensure efficient processing of new individual life insurance product applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish individual relationships with assigned executive teams, serving as a constant point of contact throughout the policy duration;
- Proactively monitor all pending cases to ensure service standards are met;
- Anticipate client needs and make outgoing calls, send emails, or provide notifications to keep them informed of important details;
- Take ownership of assigned cases, identify urgent issues, and assist in resolving problems that could hinder the timely processing of cases.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility and ability to manage continuous change;
- Ability to influence, persuade, lead, and convince others;
- Ability to identify situations warranting exceptions and report them to management to provide superior customer service;
- Ability to identify and define problems and contribute to their resolution;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Attention to detail.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of individual life insurance products and terminology, an asset;
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English). The selected candidate must be able to communicate in both English and French to serve clients from various provinces outside Quebec.

Salary Range $59,700.00 CAD - $99,500.00 CAD
