Tasks:

Responsibilities

• As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits consultant, your daily tasks will include the following:
• Provide functional or technical support for the Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support the implementation of the Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure efficient use of HCM Payroll features.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-border teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, develop, and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.
• This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days a week in the local office.

What you need

• At least 5 years of practical functional or technical experience with the Oracle Cloud HCM Comp and Benefits modules.
• Configure application features and contribute to testing to ensure delivery quality.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• English is required for this position, as the person holding this position will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is intrinsic to this position, a business activity reorganization is not possible to avoid this requirement.

Additional points

• Experience with SQL queries.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications would be an asset.
