Description
Under the authority of the CEO, the Marketing Advisor contributes to the development and growth of the organization by planning, coordinating, and executing marketing, communication, and promotional activities. They act as a strategic partner with various teams to enhance brand awareness, support business objectives, and improve the customer experience.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan.
- Develop strategies to increase visibility, brand awareness, and growth of the organization.
- Conduct market trend, competitor, and best practices research.
- Measure campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Branding and Communications
- Ensure the brand image of the organization is maintained and evolved.
- Write, review, and distribute promotional content.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Collaborate on the preparation of presentations, reports, press releases, and corporate documents.
- Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage the editorial calendar for social media.
- Design and publish content on various digital platforms.
- Collaborate on website optimization and search engine optimization.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or others).
- Analyze digital performance metrics and produce appropriate reports.
- Project Management
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet communication and marketing needs.
- Participate in the organization of events, trade shows, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Content Creation
- Design printed and digital promotional materials.
- Produce or coordinate the creation of photos, videos, and other visual content.
- Ensure the linguistic and graphic quality of communications.
- Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Compile and analyze data related to marketing campaigns.
- Prepare dashboards and present results to management.
- Recommend innovative initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, administration, or related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
- Strategic and operational marketing.
- Digital marketing and social media.
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent).
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and spoken French; good knowledge of English, an asset.
