Description

The IT Manager is responsible for the stability, security, and performance of the regional IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support services within Mitchell Lincoln's operations.

This position leads regional infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk teams, ensuring reliable factory and business operations through effective support, proactive maintenance, and strong security practices. The role collaborates closely with factory management, corporate IT, and application teams to deliver resilient and secure IT services aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk teams. Define resolution strategies and standards to ensure service desk performance. Maintain clear support processes and service levels for end-user and factory support;
• Supervise regional IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and factory connectivity. Ensure high availability and performance of systems supporting manufacturing and business operations. Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management of infrastructure assets;
• Ensure regional systems comply with corporate cybersecurity policies and standards;
• Oversee regional compliance with corporate cybersecurity standards and act as a pivot for incident coordination with corporate entities;
• Support vulnerability management, access controls, and user security awareness;
• Drive service delivery strategy and quality standards. Supervise workflow management to meet commitments (SLAs). Monitor service metrics and drive improvements in user experience and response times;
• Participate in regional and corporate IT initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and factory projects. Ensure infrastructure and security readiness to support ERP, MES, and other applications;
• Coordinate vendors and service providers supporting infrastructure and security services. Monitor service quality, delivery performance, and issue resolution;
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning for critical systems. Promote proactive monitoring, problem prevention, and continuous improvement of IT operations.

Requirements

• University degree in information technology or a related field;
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery;
• 4+ years of experience leading or coordinating IT operations or support teams;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and a multi-site operational setting;
• Experience with IT and OT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, servers, workstations, and cloud services;
• Experience with cybersecurity practices (access control, vulnerability management, incident response);
• Experience with service desk operations, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based processes;
• Experience with incident, change, and deployment management;
• Ability to lead teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment;
• Excellent communication skills with technical teams and factory/business stakeholders;
• Ability to manage incidents impacting production and business operations;
• Structured problem-solving approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Bilingual (French/English) (required);
• Travel to the United States and Canada will be required.
