Job Duties

  • Develop and prepare marketing, advertising, and communications materials to promote the firm's legal and notarial services.
  • Create, manage, and publish content across the firm's social media platforms, website, and other digital communication channels.
  • Develop educational and promotional content that explains legal and notarial concepts in clear, accessible language for the general public.
  • Write and edit social media posts, articles, website content, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Coordinate the planning and production of educational videos featuring the firm's notaries, including script preparation and content development.
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate the timely publication of marketing and communications materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the firm's notaries to develop accurate, informative, and legally compliant content for public distribution.
  • Conduct market research and monitor social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance to support marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing, public relations, and community outreach activities designed to increase public awareness of the firm's services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the firm's visibility and maintain digital marketing materials, website content, and online profiles to ensure information remains current, accurate, and consistent with professional standards.

Education
