The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in multi-asset investing, including private markets, and a proven ability to advise and interact with clients, ideally gained in a consulting or advisory services environment.
In close collaboration with the investment and distribution teams, this person will support the Institutional and Private Asset Management channels by developing client materials, responding to urgent commercial requests, and directly engaging with clients, prospects, consultants, and intermediaries to promote our investment capabilities, support business development, and contribute to client retention.
Your responsibilities include
- Support the Institutional and Private Asset Management distribution teams in handling client and prospect requests, with a high level of responsiveness and commercial judgment.
- Represent the TPS team in initial meetings, conferences, and key interactions with clients, prospects, consultants, and intermediaries.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key consultants and intermediaries to support business development and client retention efforts.
- Accelerate and support responses to RFPs, finalist presentations, and any other commercial opportunities requiring a quick response.
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials, client presentations, commercial proposals, and other content for institutional clients, private asset management, and intermediaries.
- Collaborate closely with investment and distribution teams to translate complex investment strategies into clear, compelling, and client-adapted messages, particularly in the areas of multi-asset solutions and private markets.
- Advise clients and prospects on strategic and business issues, demonstrating credibility with institutional investors while remaining agile to meet the needs of private asset management clients and intermediaries.
- Monitor market trends, consultant activities, and client needs to guide commercial priorities and maintain the team's relevance in the market.
- Contribute to improving the team's responsiveness and commercial effectiveness, allowing investment professionals to focus on portfolio management and high-value client relationships.
