Accounting - Customer Service Clerk (Replacement for Leave)

We are currently seeking a full-time on-site customer service clerk to join our expanding accounting team.

Role

• Interact with condominium owners (owners of the condominium building), for example by phone, email, and/or during visits to our office.
• Enter and deposit checks into the accounting system.
• Set up new automatic withdrawals and modify existing automatic withdrawals (pre-authorized debit).
• Administrative tasks.
• Report directly to the collections manager.
• On-site presence required at our offices, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8 am and 6 pm.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent French and English (oral and written) skills. English proficiency is required to respond to requests from English-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service; accounting experience is an asset.
• Technical skills; ability to learn new operating systems.
• Team spirit, but able to work autonomously.
• Capable of maintaining a balanced approach to stress management.
• Positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Upperbee portal is considered an asset.
