ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter vendor and customer invoices into the accounting system;
  • Verify expense accounts;
  • Reconcile credit card statements;
  • Respond to vendor and customer inquiries;
  • File documents;
  • Manage email inboxes;
  • Collaborate with project managers on project-related tasks;
  • Assist the administrative team daily in completing their tasks;
  • Implement or improve best practices and work methods to optimize the department;
  • Perform commissions;
  • Manage mail and postal shipments;
  • Process cheque deposits;
  • Order office supplies and necessary materials;
  • Receive pay stubs and distribute them;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proficiency in Acumatica software;
  • Understanding of the accounting cycle;
  • Understanding of accounting methods.
