We are looking for a senior supplier discount-volume analyst to join our finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing revenue related to discount programs and supplier agreements. You will ensure the accuracy of financial data, account reconciliation, and tracking discrepancies, while contributing to process optimization and strategic analysis production.

Thanks to your expertise and leadership, you will play a key role in the organization's financial performance and the continuous improvement of our practices.

  • Verify and validate supplier agreements with product managers;
  • Update and maintain supplier files and databases;
  • Account for revenue from discount programs and other supplier agreements;
  • Track receivables and accounts receivable related to supplier revenue;
  • Prepare credit requests and perform collection activities with suppliers;
  • Reconcile and balance purchase and sales statistics with the general ledger;
  • Prepare member discount (rebate) accounting reports;
  • Account for, analyze, and track revenue associated with special projects;
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure the accuracy of financial information;
  • Identify discrepancies, perform required complex analyses, and recommend appropriate fixes;
  • Support/mentor other department resources;
  • Mentor and review deliverables of less experienced resources;
  • Perform any other task or responsibility that may be assigned by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field;
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in supplier revenue accounting, complex financial analysis, or discount program management is a plus;
  • Excellent SAP proficiency;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, data analysis);
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and account reconciliations;
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
