PLM Project Manager - 3DEXPERIENCE

To excel in this role, you should

• Possess solid experience in managing complex projects, ideally related to the implementation of PLM solutions or digital transformation in an industrial environment.
• Have good knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform and processes related to product lifecycle management.
• Be willing to relocate to Little Rock, Arkansas, to take on the position.
• Master French perfectly and have strong English communication skills to effectively collaborate with local and international teams.
• Be available to commit to this role for a minimum of two (2) years to ensure project continuity and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) implementation project.
• Direct and mobilize a team of approximately 10 people to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure the management of the project's business aspects and ensure alignment between business needs, operational processes, and the 3DEXPERIENCE solution.
• Collaborate closely with Dassault Aviation, based in France and responsible for the project's IT aspects.
• Plan, coordinate, and track the various phases of the 3DEXPERIENCE implementation project.
• Define and monitor project priorities, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities between business teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings, work sessions, and project committees with local and international teams.
• Identify project risks and issues, implement necessary action plans, and ensure their resolution.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, both in French and English.
• Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in managing complex projects, ideally in the aerospace or aerospace sector.
• Experience in managing PLM solution implementation projects or digital transformation projects.
• Good knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform or another product lifecycle management (PLM) solution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in an international environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in French and strong English skills, both spoken and written.
• Availability to be based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
• Desired commitment to the role for a minimum of two (2) years.
