Responsibilities
- Ensure the processing of access to information requests and monitor the collection of required documents for the examination of these requests from the relevant departments
- Conduct legal or administrative research for contentious lawyers
- Support lawyers in the performance of their duties
- Analyze legal documents (registers, court files, etc.)
- Prepare and draft legal and administrative documents for contentious matters
- Ensure support and follow-up of files involving the representation of the establishment at the Small Claims Court
- Perform office tasks involving the use of specific software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, videoconferencing, web conferencing, etc.)
- Ensure the processing of mail and emails
- Perform document filing, photocopying, and document assembly
- Draft letters, reports, and tables, from drafts or already entered text
- Draft correspondence and other relevant documents
- Perform any other tasks as required by your immediate supervisor

Requirements
- Several paths are accepted to qualify as a legal technician
- College diploma (DEC) in legal techniques from a recognized school by the competent ministry
- College diploma (DEC) combined with a relevant first-year university certificate
- College studies certificate (AEC) of 800 hours or more combined with relevant experience in the field
Tests to Pass
- Word beginner and intermediate
- Excel beginner
- Advanced French
- Typing speed: 30 words per minute
