With your warm approach and interest in stock markets, you bring a human experience to our clientele by guiding them through their transactions.

Your Job

• Answer calls from our clientele and guide them on our transactional platform.
• Offer personalized electronic solutions to inquiries.
• Transmit monetary instructions such as currency conversions and ensure their rigorous follow-up.
• Be attentive to people's needs and resolve sometimes complex situations.
• Establish contacts with the clientele to create lasting business relationships.
• Direct our clientele to your colleagues for specialized needs.
• Ensure compliance with rules and risk management.

The center is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Several work schedules are possible. Telework is possible after your training and integration.

Direct Brokerage Bank offers customers and investors seeking autonomy and control an economic and effective way to negotiate investment products on multiple networks. We help them by providing relevant information and tools for their decision-making and achievement of their financial goals.

Your Team

The position reports to the Direct Brokerage Director and you collaborate daily with a team of about 60 investment specialists and more.

Your Training and Development

Your start consists of a 6-week on-site training. This allows you to better understand the evolving challenges of the brokerage industry, experience a call center environment, and get to know your colleagues. Career opportunities are numerous and we value the development of our talents.

Requirements

• Hold a College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in business development.
• Interest in investments and stock markets.
• Hold the course on the trading of securities (CCVM).
• Hold the course on the Manual on Conduct Norms (MNCMD).
• OR
• Pass the Canadian Regulatory Examination on Investments (ERCI) from the OCRI within 6 months following employment.
