Operations Manager

The Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for protecting JYSK's assets and reducing losses through effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures in-store. You will also help the store management team instill company values and customer promises within the team and in-store.

Other tasks include:

• Monitor all key loss prevention and control policies to reduce losses
• Perform Weekly Cyclic Inventory Counts and periodic full store inventory reconciliations
• Weekly ordering to ensure sufficient inventory
• Follow appropriate store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and safety patrols

What you bring to the role

• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
• Flexibility to work on various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• 2 years of experience in retail store management and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Physical requirements include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.) and manual handling of materials (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.). Product movement using scales and order pickers is required.
