Under the responsibility of the General Director, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the organization and serve members. The person contributes to the smooth functioning of daily activities and the implementation of the Board of Directors' decisions.

  • Perform any other tasks related to the organization's mission, upon request from the immediate supervisor.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Education level: College diploma in administration or a related field;
  • Years of experience related to the job: Minimum two (2) years of experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Good knowledge of Canva;
  • Knowledge of Capcut (an asset);
  • Knowledge of WordPress (an asset);
  • Excellent French language skills, both oral and written, with good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to work autonomously, methodically, and organized;
  • Resourcefulness, good judgment, and adaptability;
  • Versatility, flexibility, commitment, and sense of responsibility;
  • Knowledge of the community sector (an asset).

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Salary: $26/hour
  • Hours: 30 hours/week (Monday to Thursday), with the possibility of 35 hours according to needs. Occasional evening and weekend availability (5 to 6 events per year).
  • Start date: As soon as possible, September 1, 2026.
