Salesforce Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce specialist to contribute to the realization of major Salesforce projects. This strategic role combines technical and leadership responsibilities. The selected person will play a key role in optimizing the use of existing Salesforce products and licenses, while contributing to the evolution of practices and solutions.

You will act as a technical reference point, ensuring alignment between business needs and Salesforce platform capabilities. You will also actively contribute to the team's skill development in a collaborative and constantly evolving context.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a team of 4 people and establish best practices for Salesforce;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technological solutions;
• Supervise development, integration, and evolution activities of Salesforce solutions;
• Optimize the use of existing Salesforce licenses and products;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem;
• Actively participate in knowledge transfer and team skills development.
• Qualities Required to Succeed in this Role
• Technical Skills:
• Minimum of three (3) years in a similar role;
• Mastery of the following modules: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Agentforce (AI agents);
• Experience in SaaS environment;
• Good understanding of integration and evolution challenges for Salesforce solutions;
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
• Behavioral Skills:
• Natural leadership and ability to positively influence a team;
• Collaborative spirit and solution-oriented approach;
• Ability to communicate technical concepts.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particularities of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between 60,000$ and 120,000$. This position is vacant.
