We are seeking a PHP Developer with strong experience in the Joomla CMS for an initial one-month contract. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing a specific application. The contract may be extended if the application is deemed operational and ready for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test a PHP and Joomla-based application.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Joomla modules, components, and extensions.
• Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate custom features according to project requirements.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the application.
• Document developments and transfer knowledge to the internal team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust features throughout the contract.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in PHP and backend development.
• Demonstrated experience with the Joomla CMS (modules, templates, extensions).
• Knowledge of web development best practices (security, performance, architecture).
• Ability to work autonomously in a short-term contract context.
• Capability to quickly ramp up on an existing environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
