  • You will coordinate each step of the file and the closing of transactions to ensure a smooth process;
  • You will coordinate post-closing documentation with clients and opposing parties;
  • You will contribute to the development and updating of the firm's and practice group's templates and precedents;
  • You will participate in mentoring and training interns and junior lawyers.

About you

  • You hold a DEC in legal techniques or equivalent training and experience;
  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the legal field;
  • You are fluent in both French and English, both orally and in writing. Bilingualism is essential, as you will be regularly collaborating with colleagues located in different offices across Canada;
  • You have an exceptional sense of organization, allowing you to manage priorities effectively, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment characterized by a fast pace;
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable in interactions with professionals (partners, colleagues, law interns, external clients, and opposing lawyers);
  • You have a team spirit and enjoy collaborating with a close-knit group of professionals;
  • You have the ability to manage projects and a keen sense of detail and precision, as well as a developed sense of customer service.
