We are looking for a person who wishes to put their technical drawing skills to use while developing expertise in project estimation. You will join an experienced team where comprehensive training and structured transition will allow you to gradually master each facet of the role. A day in the life
- Produce technical drawings of projects using design tools
- Prepare plans necessary for fabrication and realization of projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information
- Gradually develop your knowledge of guardrail systems and their components
- Participate in plan analysis and take-offs
- Contribute to the preparation of estimates and submissions
- Ensure rigorous tracking of ongoing files
- Participate in the improvement of department work methods
You must have
- Training in industrial drawing, architecture, civil engineering, or related field
- Good ability to read and interpret plans
- Proficiency with computer-aided design software
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Interest in technical aspects and project estimation
- Analytical mind and ability to solve problems
- Capacity to learn quickly and manage multiple files simultaneously
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills
