Event Assistant (Beginner)

SP Promotions is looking for an Event Assistant (Beginner) to represent innovative products that emphasize convenience, quality, and environmental respect. As an Event Assistant (Beginner), you will interact directly with clients, present the benefits of our products, and contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

No experience is required for this Event Assistant (Beginner) position. We will provide you with comprehensive training on our products and the best techniques for communicating with clients, so you will be comfortable and confident in every interaction. Your daily tasks as an Event Assistant (Beginner) will include welcoming clients, introducing them to our products, and helping them find the solution that best meets their needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome clients enthusiastically and professionally at our promotional events as an Event Assistant (Beginner).
• Present the features and benefits of our products in a dynamic and engaging way.
• Offer interactive demonstrations allowing clients to try the products and experience their benefits.
• Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and ensure the success of the events.
• Follow up with clients when necessary to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate inventory throughout the events.

• Excellent communication skills and ease in connecting with people.
• Ability to work in a team in an energetic environment.
• Sense of organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort in presenting products and offering interactive demonstrations.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, promotion, or hospitality is an asset, but not required to succeed as an Event Assistant (Beginner).
