WHO YOU ARE
As a manager, you are an essential pillar in the smooth operation of the cinema. You play an active and present role on the floor during periods of high foot traffic, especially evenings and weekends. You provide constant support to the management in the daily management of operations.
You are an active and versatile manager who directly participates in sales and takes part in all daily tasks of the cash register and concession, maintenance, and upkeep to ensure smooth operation and inspire excellence in every aspect of the cinema.
You inspire and motivate your team through mobilizing leadership. You ensure a fast, warm, and professional customer experience while contributing to the achievement of the cinema's sales and performance goals.
You actively participate in the training, development, and supervision of employees. You are also involved in personnel management, planning, stocking, and team animation. Finally, you ensure the safety of customers, the cleanliness of the premises, and participate in weekly meetings with the headquarters.
THE POSITION
- Analyze and participate in the implementation of operational objectives, budgetary forecasts, personnel management, restaurant services, promotion, and community initiatives.
- Hire, supervise, and develop a team of engaged employees and managers committed to customer service excellence.
- Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of all necessary systems (cash register, administrative documentation, training modules, projection).
- Maintain constant communication with the management and operations supervisor by participating in scheduled meetings and using internal communication platforms.
- Work in conjunction with external parties (emergency services, operational partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and local groups) to detect and resolve daily operational issues.
- Provide a warm welcome to guests, interact with them, and ensure they have a memorable experience — create unforgettable moments around cinema.
- Get involved in local activities and strengthen the cinema's presence in its community.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure that safety standards are known and respected by the entire team. Be able to intervene effectively in emergency situations, including the safe evacuation of guests.
