You will guide and support our customers in finding inspiring furniture and accessories during their visit to our store. As a sales advisor, you will represent Urban Barn by offering a friendly service and sharing your product knowledge to help our customers create beautiful spaces. In collaboration with the store leadership and team, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Since our stores are open seven days a week, we are looking for a person available for different shifts during the weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

At Urban Barn, you will have the opportunity to

• Guide customers in their interior decoration choices by suggesting items that meet their needs.
• Welcome each person in the store.
• Build relationships with customers to create loyalty.
• Complete transactions: purchases, exchanges, and returns.
• Maintain the highest standards by keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-organized.

We are looking for a person with

• At least two years of retail sales experience
• A passion for interior design and merchandising
• Ability to use technologies such as a POS system and an iPad tablet
• Flexibility to work at least 3 days (12 hours) per week, including at least one weekend shift and one weekday shift.
• The ability to move loads up to 23 kg (50 lb)
