Job Duties

As a member of the Personal and Small Business Banking team, you will work in a dynamic banking center where you will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients. As a Financial Services Representative, you will foster key client relationships, understand their financial and personal goals, offer informed and tailored service, and recommend products and solutions that will help them achieve financial success. You must be able to work during banking center hours, including evenings and weekends. To provide exceptional customer service, you must be able to work at different banking centers located at a reasonable distance.

How to Succeed

  • Client Engagement – Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on possible solutions, and establish a long-term financial plan for them. Use your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and asset protection to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Relationship Building – Participate in marketing and outreach activities to show clients that their clientele and community matter to you. Expand your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with others to connect clients with the right people and opportunities.
  • Technology Utilization – Become a technology expert. Share your knowledge by presenting our mobile banking applications to clients to help them better manage their banking needs.
