The incumbent of the position will have the main tasks of

  • Planning and coordinating the restocking of products from international suppliers to ensure their optimal availability in our warehouses.
  • Ensuring the planning and management of stock transfers in external warehouses to optimize the distribution and availability of products.
  • Defining, analyzing, and optimizing the supply parameters (lead time, safety stock, reorder points, etc.) according to operational needs.
  • Coordinating the entire supply cycle, from demand forecasting to the receipt of goods.
  • Analyzing sales and market trends to adjust forecasts and anticipate supply risks or opportunities.
  • Managing customs documentation related to imports and exports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining an active watch on applicable requirements.
  • Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance, identifying deviations, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to optimize purchasing conditions and control costs.

Technical requirements and skills sought

  • College diploma (AEC) in supply management or relevant experience;
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement;
