Assistant Manager

Fit Forme is looking for a dynamic, reliable, and customer service-oriented assistant manager to support the management in the daily operations of the center. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the director in the operational management of the center
• Ensure a professional presence on the floor and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in the sale of memberships, consultations, and follow-up of trials/visits
• Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at evolving memberships
• Perform daily administrative tasks (reports, follow-ups, records, LogiFitness)
• Maintain the gym's image: cleanliness, atmosphere, and adherence to Fit Forme standards
• Support the director and head trainer in achieving monthly objectives
• Strengthen the team by providing support, communication, and positive leadership
