We are looking for someone available from Monday to Friday.

Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday: 10am to 5pm

Thursday-Friday: 10am to 7pm.

The company "Les Petits Lapins d'Amour" is looking for a sales advisor with a strong interest in animals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service, advising customers on our products and services, and contributing to the management and presentation of products in the store.

Our sales advisor will also have the mission and responsibility of keeping our store clean and pleasant to visit for customers.

Main tasks *Customer service and communication*: Welcome customers and gain their trust, inform customers about the use and maintenance of goods, respond to customer requests and solve their problems; Understanding customer needs, effective communication with customers.

*Selling, promotion and technique*: Discuss the products or services sought by customers and advise them, describe the prices. Promote the company's brand image.

*Floor clerk*: Prepare goods and present them in an attractive way, display the store's merchandise, receive payments and manage cash transactions; Manage merchandise, inventories and merchandise orders, opening and closing of the store, cleaning maintenance tasks of the store and rabbit cages, Prevent losses by performing checks related to transactions and constant monitoring, of the work area, etc.

Other job requirements

• Experience: 1 year in sales and/or customer service in a retail store;
• Education: Secondary school completed or in the process of being completed, training
• Relevant sales training is an asset;
• Bilingualism: An asset, but not required.
• Valid driver's license
• Passion for animals: An asset
