The key responsibilities for the Retail Sales Associate position are: 1) Open and close the store 2) Manage the cash register and the Moneris payment system 3) Assess and properly fit clients with the proper footwear 4) Respond to and manage client telephone calls and book appointments for orthotics 5) Establish and maintain good client relationships 6) Training will be provided onsite 7) Work schedule is between Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm

We offer great hours between 10am and 6 pm.

Can you?

• Learn and adapt quickly to solving various foot issues with footwear and/or orthotic recommendations
• Understand customer needs and promote and up sell products and offer valuable product knowledge to customers
• Exhibit effective communication with customers including customer phone calls, emails, voicemail responses, including some conflict management
• Employ basic computer skills – for example: responding to customer emails and using our POS system & microsoft windows applications (Word, Excel)
• Update customer’s files and prepare documentation for customer’s insurance papers
• Make follow up calls to new and existing customers to maintain relationships and to cultivate additional business
• Respond to customers’ requests and inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

Do you have?

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and/or a customer service environment
• Bilingualism (English/French) is required, both written and verbal
• Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
