We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and motivating branch manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our branches.

Reporting to the territory director, the branch manager is responsible for all the operations of the restaurant. They ensure the smooth functioning of the branch, customer satisfaction, team mobilization, and achievement of performance objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all operations of the branch.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate team members.
• Plan work schedules.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Manage inventories and orders.
• Control food and labor costs.
• Ensure achievement of sales and profitability objectives.
• Handle complaints and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Apply Papa Sandwich procedures and standards.
• Develop a positive and motivating work environment.
• Desired Profile
• Experience in restaurant management or a similar management position.
• Positive and motivating leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sense of organization and priorities.
• Autonomy, diligence, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
