The Quebec Council for Recreation (CQR) is committed to enhancing the accessibility and visibility of recreation in Quebec by promoting the contributions of the associative sector. The CQR brings together national recreation organizations and collaborates with numerous partners at all levels of intervention.

A STIMULATING JOB

The Digital Cultural Development Agent is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of cultural recreation organizations. The agent will contribute to enhancing the visibility and showcasing the expertise of the CQR and its national members in a context of recreation promotion and modes of intervention that foster citizen engagement, including democratic life and associative action, volunteering, community action, autonomous community action, social economy, and collective entrepreneurship.

MOTIVATING RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital Cultural Development Agent will carry out various mandates related to consultation, monitoring, training, and project development. More specifically, the agent will: 1. Support cultural recreation organizations in fostering alliances, partnerships, and networking among actors in the digital, cultural, communication, and research universes.

2. Conduct monitoring to enhance the sharing of expertise, knowledge, and digital practices within the cultural recreation sector, aiming to improve digital literacy.

3. Support awareness-raising and training activities to contribute to the digital transformation of national recreation organizations and their network.

4. Coordinate, collaborate, or participate in the implementation of structuring digital development projects.

REQUIREMENTS IN TERMS OF KNOWLEDGE, BEHAVIOR, AND SKILLS

University degree in an appropriate discipline: project management, digital communications and media, marketing, or any other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience;

Hold a valid driver's license, an asset.

Ability to work in decentralized networks that emphasize sharing, mutual aid, and collaboration;

Initiative, determination, and a good sense of politics.

Experience using digital tools in the context of work (e.g., Google Drive, collaborative tools, etc.);

**Understanding of key digital concepts (e.g., use of social networks, the Web, data, etc.);

Strong communication and animation skills.

ADVANTAGEOUS CONDITIONS

Work location: Recreation and Sports House;

Hours — 37.5 hours/week; Possibility of alternating telework and in-person work;

Salary according to qualifications, experience, and the organization's policy;

Start date: As soon as possible;
