We are looking for a Service Network Director to support the service directors of our dealerships in Dorval, Anjou, Boucherville, and Joliette and ensure the performance of all our after-sales operations.

This role is for a field leader who enjoys being present with teams, understanding operational realities, and turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.

What you can expect

You will play a key role in the evolution of our service network. Your mission will be to ensure consistent management of operations while developing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will be called upon to:

• Support, mobilize, and develop the service directors of the Dorval, Anjou, Boucherville, and Joliette dealerships;
• Ensure operational and financial performance of service departments;
• Standardize processes and best practices across the network;
• Develop and track performance indicators to achieve business objectives;
• Support teams in resolving complex situations and continuous improvement;
• Maintain trust-based relationships with management teams, manufacturers, and key clients;
• Actively participate in growth projects and the company's strategic directions.

Salary: $52,457.78 to $148,744.36 per year

Location: Frequent travel
