Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Commercial Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to support our brokerage team with marketing, business development, and transaction coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating high-quality marketing materials, and working in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, presentations, offering memorandums, property brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for property listings, including email, social media, digital marketing, and broker events.
• Conduct market research, prepare lease and sales comparables, and assist with market reports.
• Support listing management, client communications, property tours, and transaction administration.
• Maintain databases and ensure client and property information is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the leasing team, and if needed, conduct visits to vacant spaces.
• Utilize marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other technology tools to support brokerage activities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, commercial real estate, or a related field.
• Commercial real estate experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator are assets).
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English and French) communication skills are preferred.
• Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
