Your mission

You are directly responsible for generating growth.

You will:

• Turn every interaction into a sales opportunity
• Seek out customers (active prospecting) and respond to requests in-store
• Maximize every contact, visit, and call
• Perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• In practice, you will:
• Sell wireless solutions (cell phones, accessories, warranties, etc.)
• Quickly identify needs and sell effectively
• Conduct active prospecting (calls, follow-ups, opportunities)
• Strategically follow up to convert more
• Develop and maintain your own customer base
• Meet and exceed your goals
• Provide solid after-sales service to retain customers

What you earn

• Base salary + commissions + bonuses
