What You Will Do
As a Client Experience Associate, you will not only be the face of our branches but also a reflection of their personality and humanity. At Scotiabank, we put our clients first, and achieving their financial goals is our priority.
Client Experience Associates are primarily focused on serving people and building genuine relationships with them. As an essential member of the Canadian Branch Network, your main objective will be to provide exceptional service to clients throughout their journey with us. To achieve this:
- You will adopt a proactive approach and active listening to identify and understand their needs;
- You will handle routine banking transactions;
- You will cultivate fruitful and lasting relationships;
- You will contribute to branch goals by identifying and pursuing simple sales opportunities;
- You will leverage your technological expertise to introduce Scotiabank's mobile banking services to clients and help them manage their banking affairs.
