YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT
As a Human Resources Technician, you will directly contribute to the customer experience by recruiting and retaining talent. In collaboration with various management teams, you will help grow the employer brand so that the employee experience is positive and structured, both on the mountain and in the field.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Integration (approximately 60%)
- Deploy proactive recruitment strategies to maximize the visibility of job opportunities.
- Conduct talent searches on various social networks (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure the welcome and integration of new employees to foster a positive experience from the start.
HR Management (approximately 40%)
- Perform various administrative activities related to human resources management, such as:
- + Follow-up meetings on employee engagement;
- + Management of social events and recognition programs;
- + Changes related to employee files and working hours;
- + Coordination of communications and publications;
+ Support in the management of sick leave.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in human resources management combined with 2 years of experience in recruitment, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
- Experience in recruitment and comfortable with social networks as recruitment tools, good understanding of the concept of influencer;
- Sense of organization and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills;
- Bilingual oral and written, with functional English for interacting with a largely anglophone clientele;
- Autonomy, creativity, and initiative;
- Comfort with computer systems.
