About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced developers and product team members to contribute to real features. You will participate in hands-on projects while discovering modern development practices, tools, and workflows. You will be supported by mentors who will help you develop both your technical and professional skills.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software features.
• Use GenAI tools to plan, generate, and test code.
• Code in pairs with senior developers and participate in code reviews to learn best practices.
• Write and maintain automated tests with the team's help.
• Assist in investigating, reproducing, and fixing bugs under supervision.
• Participate in team activities such as *standups*, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Learn and apply modern development practices, including AI implementation, CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.

What We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
• Interest in learning tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Curiosity about current technology and software development trends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Interest in developing as a full-stack developer, as you will work on both Front-End and Back-End code.
• Bilingual French-English is an asset.

Work Location and Work Model
