Night Auditor (M/F)

Part-Time 3 nights per week: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Under the supervision of the reception director, the night auditor ensures the continuity of the reception service at the establishment during the night and ensures the quality of the service offered to customers.

• Perform all night audit accounting tasks;
• Produce reports and communicate them to managers;
• Provide exceptional service to guests;
• Invoice room rates and taxes on each customer invoice;
• Finalize transactions completed during the day;
• Create and/or print and transmit required reports;
• Ensure the safety of the premises and guests;
• Perform any other reception, guest arrival and departure management tasks.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a receptionist or supervisor position in a hotel;
• Strong and balanced relational skills and attitudes, particularly in communication;
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and autonomy, as well as attention to detail;
• Bilingual French and English (spoken and written due to our international clientele);
• Knowledge of a hotel management software (PEP, an asset).
