We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant for our accounting department. We are looking for a colleague who is thorough, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Here's the challenge we offer you as an Accounting Assistant:
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, as well as the preparation of financial statements, financial analyses, and budgets.
Analyze financial and inventory discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of physical and computer inventories.
Supervise cyclic counts, physical inventories, and inventory adjustments.
Develop and maintain internal controls and best practices in inventory management.
Supervise, lead, and support a team of three employees responsible for inventory activities.
Collaborate closely with production, procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to optimize processes.
Participate in audits, continuous improvement projects, and initiatives related to the ERP system.
You stand out because...
You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a related field.
You have three to five years of experience in accounting or financial analysis in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
You have significant experience in inventory management and control.
You understand manufacturing operations and enjoy working directly on the ground.
You have good team supervision skills and demonstrate leadership.
You are proficient in Word, Sage 300, and Excel.
