As part of our growth, we are looking for an Operational Financial Controller to join our Candiac team.

If you are quick-witted, action-driven, and ambitious, we have projects for you. Induspac Group is growing and wants to enrich its finance team with an Operational Financial Controller. You will play a key role in the growth and improvement of the Group's processes and results. The projects are waiting for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, integrity, and accuracy of the results
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute operational performance indicators
• Propose improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the optimization of business processes
• Be the business partner of the general directors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA title
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Curiosity, strong desire to learn and progress
• Developed analytical skills
• Team spirit and collaboration
• Proficiency in French and English (activities in Ontario)
• Microsoft Office Suite
