Description

A FEW WORDS ABOUT US

From all walks of life, we are driven by passion. At our company, every new project is a blank canvas waiting for the creativity and talent of the entire team, regardless of responsibilities, roles, or areas of expertise. Our taste for inventing, trying, failing to learn, and learning from others allows us to collectively contribute to projects greater than ourselves. Today, thanks to a team of 450 creative individuals, we have the privilege of creating immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks, or events, in addition to our signature shows. No matter the framework, our thirst for experimenting and innovating in video, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, and interactivity is at the core of our DNA.

YOUR TEAM

The team designs strategic visions, programming, and experiential master plans that define the future of global real estate, tourism, and urban projects. We intervene upstream, at the intersection of architecture, urban planning, and storytelling, to create public spaces guided by experience.

Our team stands out for its collaborative and multidisciplinary culture. Far from traditional silos, we bet on collective intelligence to fluidify concepts. With experiential differentiation having become key to the valorization of neighborhoods, we collaborate with international partners to design spaces perceived as living experience systems rather than mere physical locations.

Our team focuses exclusively on consulting, vision, and macro-planning. At this stage, we do not produce or deliver any multimedia content or final physical integration.

YOUR MISSION

As a strategic and operational leader from the world of architecture, urban planning, or landscape architecture, you possess a hybrid profile. You are both an experienced project manager and a field collaborator capable of intelligently contributing to the creation of a complex public domain.

Your role involves leading end-to-end complex and high-value added consulting mandates. You bridge the gap between the client's commercial ambitions and spatial and narrative concepts, treating the environment as a human experience platform that prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and engagement. You rigorously orchestrate the triple constraint (budgets, deadlines, resources) while ensuring the delivery of a coherent experiential journey across all touchpoints.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Rigorous project and operations management

  • Lifecycle management: Lead mandates through the various phases of consulting (from initial mapping to the final presentation of the 100% pre-concept).
  • Delivery strategy: Establish mandate delivery strategies, design detailed schedules, and master the critical path to ensure the continuity of the experience.
  • Casting and resources: Assemble, align, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of internal experts (including acoustic, sensory, and lighting consultants) required for each mandate.

2. Active collaboration in master planning

  • Practical contribution: Actively participate in the structuring of the master plan logic, ensuring that the space functions as both a journey and a series of destinations.
  • Spatial and technical framing: Translate creative visions into tangible spatial intentions, advocating for multisensory, environmental, and human-centered design.
  • Strategic interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for external architects and urban planners to integrate flexible infrastructures (power, audiovisual, smart systems) from the early stages of macro-plans.
  • 3. Client partnership, commercial alignment, and financial responsibility
  • Executive-level client liaison: Manage day-to-day business relationships and facilitate international-scale co-creation workshops.
  • Financial responsibility: Assume full financial responsibility for projects, actively supporting the client in creating a robust revenue model and monetization strategy for experiential spaces.
  • Contracts, feasibility, and risks: Oversee legal frameworks and intellectual property agreements. Collaborate with technical managers to mitigate risks and ensure spaces can accommodate modular programming (from basic daily use to festival-type event peaks).

YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, or spatial design.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in managing complex projects (master planning mandates, large urban projects, or significant architectural projects).
  • Business expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing complex budgets (P&L), negotiating service contracts, and conceptualizing budgetary orders of magnitude (ROM).
  • Architectural culture: Deep understanding of architectural design phases and a broad openness to the integration of interactive technologies, digital signage, and augmented reality in physical spaces.
  • Technical skills: Ability to read, model, and analyze plans on AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other 3D tools.
  • Languages: Perfect bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).

  • Flexibility in work hours.
  • Frequent travel to the United States and abroad.
