The Industrial Processes division is currently seeking an Industrial Mechanical CPI to develop projects in various manufacturing domains.

Your Role *To successfully fill this role, the candidate for the Industrial Mechanical Engineer position will be responsible, among other things, for the following:*

• Attend workshops and meetings with clients and suppliers.
• Participate in the design of plans, estimates, and details from guidelines within the industrial mechanical engineering project framework.
• Participate in the design, modification, and integration of mechanical equipment.
• Perform design calculations and ensure that plans comply with guidelines, code requirements, and other regulations.
• Participate in the production of tender documents, estimates, and other technical documents.
• Participate in site surveys.
• Work collaboratively with project-designated technicians and drafters.
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects.
• Participate in project reviews, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the project.
• Ensure that project information is traceable, well-documented, verified, and filed in the project repository as well as in computer tools such as the financial system and SharePoint forms.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering (essential)
• 0 to 2 years of experience in the design or integration of mechanical equipment
• Member or in the process of becoming a member of the OIQ (or equivalent order in Canada)
• Good command of French and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in AutoCAD + a 3D software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent)
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
