At Bolt, we don't sell "deliverables". We build content machines that make our clients sell. Social media videos, Meta ads, landing pages, complete A to Z content pipelines, internally.

We're looking for someone to steer all of this.

The role

You're the person who makes everything happen. Between the client, the strategists, and the production team, you're the central point.

Concretely:

• You manage the deadlines and deliverables of several accounts in parallel
• You are the main contact for clients: follow-ups, updates, managing expectations
• You coordinate shoots with the production team
• You ensure that scripts, edits, and publications come out on time and at the right quality
• You keep our systems (GHL, Notion, etc.) clean and up-to-date
• You see problems coming before they become problems

You're made for the job if...

• You have 2+ years in project management, agency, production, or marketing
• You're organized to the point that it annoys your surroundings
• You communicate clearly, in French as well as in English
• You understand social content — you know what makes a reel perform or flop
• You make decisions without waiting to be told what to do
• You tell a client the truth when necessary
