With your cutting-edge knowledge, skills, and innovation, you will initiate and implement the best nursing practices, and this, within a cross-cutting continuum throughout the establishment.

Recognized as an advanced practice nurse for your expertise in nursing care, you will be the main advisor to your internal and external colleagues regarding the practice and activities associated with nursing care in your area of expertise, the mother-child trajectory, as well as teaching, research, and administrative processes in nursing care.

You will exercise a watchdog over the quality of nursing care offered to the clientele.

You will demonstrate transformational leadership and be a decisive actor by your contribution to the integration of the CHU's missions, as well as by your influence on a local, national, and international scale.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing sciences
  • Member of the Order of Nurses and Nurses of Quebec
  • Member of a professional association or group of experts in relevant specialties, recognized on a national or international level

Experience

  • Have relevant clinical experience in neonatology clientele for at least 2 years
  • Have experience in management, change management, project management, problem-solving, continuous improvement processes, and monitoring of nursing care quality indicators
