The role: Operations Director for Enterprise Damage Insurance (Programs)

You will be in charge of two strategic growth levers of La Turquoise: Specialized Programs and the Web Channel.

Your mission: accelerate their development, mobilize the talents that carry them, and contribute to evolving our ways of serving our clients of tomorrow.

Through your leadership and vision, you will have a direct influence on the growth, innovation, and performance of the organization.

Your daily life at La Turquoise as Operations Director for Enterprise Damage Insurance Programs:

• Mobilize, develop, and support the teams of brokers assigned to Programs and the Web.
• Grow Specialized Programs through the development of relationships, solicitation, and adoption of our exclusive offers.
• Ensure measurable contributions to the growth objectives of Programs.
• Optimize the customer experience and performance of the Web channel by determining where human intervention creates the most value.
• Drive performance of teams using clear indicators, efficient management routines, and rigorous execution discipline.
• Collaborate with subscription teams, digital teams, and business partners to improve offers, customer journeys, and results.
• Contribute to the shine of La Turquoise towards partners, brokers, insurers, and business networks related to our Programs.

What will allow you to succeed

• Mandatory insurance damage enterprise license
• Significant experience in enterprise damage insurance.
• Recognized experience in team management and development.
• Strong ability to generate growth through solicitation, relationship development, and commercial execution.
• Comfort in a results and performance indicators oriented environment.
• Strong interest in technology, digital, and the evolution of distribution models.
• Ability to navigate effectively between traditional brokerage realities and new digital approaches.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Bilingual French and English (communication with our clients, partners across Canada).
• PAA or CIP (asset).
