Salary: Up to $90,000 according to performance

Description

Olivier Hyundai de la Capitale is currently looking for a person passionate about customer service and automobiles, who is ready to provide a unique experience to our clients!

Responsibilities

• In the role of Technical Advisor, the person will be responsible for:
• Welcoming clients and gathering the required information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of the clients' vehicles;
• Selling maintenance services according to the client's needs while ensuring the quality of customer service;
• Following up with the client;
• Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
• Knowledge of the Serti software (a major asset);
• Bilingualism to be able to communicate with English-speaking clients and meet their needs adequately (an asset);
• Sales skills;
• Excellent customer service;
• Knowledge of the Hyundai product (an asset).
