Jean Coutu Pharmacy Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivating manager capable of rallying their team around common goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This full-time position (40 hours per week) requires availability during the day, evening, and weekends. The ideal candidate possesses strong human resources management skills, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and exhibits leadership in their daily interactions with their team.

In collaboration with the pharmacy administrator, within your team, your essential role will be:

• to plan, organize, and control all operational activities and human resources management, while respecting the standards established by the Jean Coutu Group;
• to ensure that the commercial image respects the standards of the Jean Coutu Group;
• to hire the necessary personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy;
• to supervise their team, ensure their training, and evaluate them;
• to make a budget plan for their pharmacy.
