You will be part of our team at Griffintown, located at 1155 Wellington Street, Montreal, QC.

What you will do

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and guide them through the purchasing process
• Provide a high level of customer service while driving sales performance
• Help clients create thoughtful and functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle
• Develop a strong knowledge of products in the upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories categories
• Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture

What we are looking for

• Proven success in a retail sales environment

• Excellent communication and relationship development skills

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Compensation and Development

This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time design consultants typically earn between $65,000 and $75,000 per year, with top performers exceeding this range.
